June 2022 is the 21st "Safety Production Month" in China. In order to actively respond to the call of governments at all levels, fully implement the requirements for safety production work, and in combination with the theme of this year's Safety Production Month, "Comply with the Safety Production Law, Be the First Responsible Person," Zhengjie Group has organized various forms to strengthen the awareness of red line in safety management, labor protection, and other aspects, and enhance the awareness of safety responsibility of all employees A rich content of safety production month activities.

1、 Safety production meeting

In early June, Chairman Jiang Jianming personally organized a safety production meeting, arranged and deployed specific work items for the safety production month, listed the work list for the safety production month, and announced the official launch of the "Zhengjie Group Safety Production Month" activity. From hanging safety banners to rolling safety slogans on LED screens every day; From inviting injection safety engineers to conduct monthly production themed training for production and logistics personnel to internal production monthly themed training for the company, each department of the company earnestly implements activities related to safety production.

2、 New safety law knowledge learning

"Life first, safety development" has become the consensus of all citizens. As an enterprise, it must strictly adhere to the "bottom line thinking". On June 15th, the company specifically invited external lecturers to conduct training on new safety law knowledge for the company's senior management, safety and environmental protection, and production department employees. Through the training, the awareness of a high sense of responsibility and building a solid foundation stone for safety, "one point more work, one point less probability of safety accidents," is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, Zhengjie Group will strive to make the development of the enterprise more quality and make the life of employees more warm.

3、 Comprehensive plan emergency drill

On June 30, all Huizhou Zhengjie's on-the-job personnel jointly participated in the "Comprehensive Emergency Exercise for Safe Production Month" activity. The Qiankou Town government specially dispatched and dispatched personnel to the scene to observe the exercise. Through the simulation of emergency response in the production workshop, it not only inspected the company's employees' rapid emergency response capabilities in emergency reporting, emergency command, and emergency rescue, but also improved the company's employees' self-protection and self-rescue capabilities.

After the drill, our company organized departments such as safety, production, warehousing, and logistics to inspect on-site hidden dangers. Through theoretical and practical activities, we not only improved the safety skills of employees, but also enhanced their safety awareness, providing good coping experience for future employees in dealing with unexpected situations.

4、 Safety Culture Games

Representatives of 41 enterprises from the whole region participated in the "Safety Culture Sports Meeting" held in Huizhou District. This sports meeting combines fun sports with safety knowledge, and sets up projects such as "finding faults", special operation ticket competition, wearing competition, and limited space simulation operation. By simulating the identification of common safety risk hazards and special operations in the production and life of enterprises, safety knowledge is integrated into the competition, and teaching is fun, Jiang Weijia, the employee representative of the company, won the second prize of the "Special Job Ticket Competition" with the tenacious spirit of Zhengjie people. The group also provided internal rewards to employees at a ratio of 1:1.

5、 Chaigongbao Network Security Knowledge Competition

Since June, the company has encouraged all employees to actively participate in the Cyber Security Knowledge Contest on LinkedIn. Through the issuance of competition notices, real-time updates to the question bank, and the publication of score rankings, the company's general manager, Liu Xueli, has presented awards and commendations to the top 15 employees.

Through the holding of various activities of the Safety Production Month, a good safety atmosphere has been created for the company, and the safety awareness of all employees of the company has been improved. Safety work has been further rooted in the hearts of the people.
