Recently, in the R&D room of Mount Huangshan Zhengjie New Materials Co., Ltd., Jianming Jiang, the chairman, was busy with the staff.

"Our polyester resins and HAA additives are mainly used as raw materials for powder coatings."

Over the years, Jianming Jiang led the company's scientific and technological innovation team to focus on market demand, research and invent a number of patented products, and online production of 50:50, 60:40, 70:30 polyester resin and TGIC cured polyester resin series products.

"Since the establishment of the factory in 2008, we have focused on technology research and development. In 2014, after moving to Shexian County Circular Park, we set up a special research and development workshop and research and development department. At present, we have one full-time doctor, one doctor from Mount Huangshan University, one consultant doctor, three graduate students, more than 10 college students, and the whole team has 20 people."

The Zhengjie brand polyester resin and HAA curing agent produced by the company have excellent quality and high customer recognition, and are exported to many parts of the world. They have become excellent suppliers in the powder coating industry, and are called "the black horse of the coating raw material industry" by China Paint Network.

Overcome Difficulties and Stand bravely on the Tide

In the process of tackling new products, Jianming Jiang personally led the research and development of 9104 series products and 60:40 high-performance, cost-effective outdoor product TGIC polyester. He participated in all aspects of market research, demand analysis, project design, product production, and so on.

Jianming Jiang：

"I should work with all scientific and technological innovation members to overcome difficulties. I have participated in research on details such as shrinkage, pinholes, sagging, unstable extinction effects, and process optimization. The improved product has significantly improved quality, reduced powder costs, and widened the raw material channel for the same industry."

It is understood that the production workshop and storage room of Mount Huangshan Zhengjie New Material Co., Ltd. are of three-dimensional structure. This is also Jianming's innovative move in the face of land shortage.

Jianming Jiang:

"Our factory building in Shexian County only has over 10 mu of land, so we have designed a three-dimensional factory building using our own technical advantages, making full use of space, realizing scientific and economical technological processes, and more than doubling the efficiency. Last year, the output value was more than 5 billion yuan, with an average of 50 million yuan per mu, and an average tax revenue of over 1 million yuan per mu."

After 14 years of development, the company has become a high-tech enterprise in Anhui Province, specialized in the research, development, production, and sales of polyester resin and curing agent HAA, and a provincial enterprise technology center enterprise. In October 2020, the company was successfully listed on the "Specialized Special New Board" of the provincial equity custody trading center, becoming the fourth batch of enterprises listed on the "Specialized Special New Board" in Anhui Province. Currently, the company is actively listing.

Have the courage to assume responsibility  create a future

In the face of the sudden COVID-19, he put the safety and health of the staff and workers first, took the lead on duty, disinfected and sterilized himself, and gave full play to the vanguard and model role of the Communist Party members.

Jianming Jiang:

"At that time, I took the lead in donating more than 10000 yuan, and the company's staff responded positively, donating more than 100000 yuan in total, which demonstrated the spirit of our Zhengjie people to uphold virtue and be good. We were also rated as the 'exemplary organization in combating COVID-19' in Mount Huangshan City."

In order to better meet the market demand and expand reproduction, Mount Huangshan Zhengjie New Materials Co., Ltd. has established a new plant in Bengbu. Jiang Jianmin said that at that time, science and technology buildings and specialized research and development workshops will be built to further promote technological innovation.
