1 background
Huangshan Zhengjie New Material Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. It is an Anhui high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of polyester resins for powder coatings and hydroxyalkyl amide (HAA) curing agents for powder coatings. In the domestic powder coating polyester industry, Huangshan Zhengjie has advanced production equipment, testing instruments and process technology, and has invested a lot of money to introduce automatic control systems, and use advanced automatic control systems to monitor the process conditions and processes in the polyester production process. Strictly controlled, the polyester products produced are of stable quality and have a good reputation in the industry.
This article mainly discusses the comparison between Zhengjie polyester 9104 (Primid system) and the Primid system polyester of other different manufacturers, and the comparison of ZJ552 with HAA curing agent of other manufacturers to explore the matching performance of 9104 and HAA.
2 Experimental part
2.1 Experimental raw materials
ZJ9104 polyester, polyester B, polyester C, polyester D, solid leveling agent (general), benzoin (commercially available), high gloss barium (BL-911), titanium dioxide (AR-312).

3 Results and discussion
According to the formulas in Table 2 and Table 3, the experimental results obtained are shown in Table 5 and Table 6 (curing condition 180℃/15min):

The data in Table 5 and Table 6 show that the leveling performance of ZJ9104 is relatively excellent, and at the same time, it will not produce pinholes when it is thickly coated to 130μm. Compared with other Primid system polyesters, it has excellent board surface effect and mechanical properties. Excellent performance. After over-baking, the yellowing resistance is relatively excellent. ZJ552 has good compatibility with our company's Primid system polyester, and has excellent leveling and mechanical properties.
4 Concluding remarks
ZJ9104 matches ZJ552 with excellent leveling and mechanical properties, and excellent thick coating performance, which can meet customer needs. Higher Tg gives ZJ9104 good storage stability, and the curing ratio of 96/4 is more economical in terms of cost. The environmental protection of Primid system polyester enables ZJ9104 to be used not only in outdoor systems, but also indoors. ZJ9104 has many advantages and wide availability.
