In order to enhance the professional and management abilities of the staff at all levels of the company, build a learning organization, create a working atmosphere for continuous learning, and at the same time make the reading activities effective. Anhui Huizhou Zhengjie Technology Co., Ltd. held the first "Reading Sharing and Exchange Meeting" on the afternoon of December 21, 2020. Company executives, backbones of various departments, and representatives of college students from various departments all actively participated in this event.

The theme of this sharing session is "read a book together, share new ideas". The main form of the activity is for each sharer to share his own experience in the book "Management". Every sharer carefully prepared a presentation PPT, and everyone took the stage to show them in turn, sharing their feelings and experiences after reading, bringing us a visual and ideological feast.

In this sharing session, we also set up interaction and communication links. Everyone expressed their opinions and was full of enthusiasm. Among them, we selected outstanding sharers by secret ballot, and Chairman Jiang Jianming awarded trophies and certificates to the top three winners for encouragement.
